Master Suite and Full Basement Addition (543 s.f.)

Project Description:

The project scope included adding a master bedroom, bathroom, and closet adjacent to the existing house. The master closet and bathroom create a buffer to the existing solar panel on site, while giving the master bedroom ample space and access to natural light from the front and back yards. This addition is integrated into the steep hillside, creating an opportunity for a full, walk-out basement filled with natural light.
